position announcement
ATTORNEY
We offer clients a combination of substantial professional experience and first-hand knowledge of the unique issues that non-profit organizations face. By helping Oregon's non-profit organizations achieve their goals, CDLC enhances the state's economic vibrancy and the well being of its residents.

CDLC is a program of Legal Aid Services of Oregon and was founded in 2000 through the assistance of the Campaign for Equal Justice. CDLC is based in Portland, and it serves clients throughout Oregon.

CDLC provides its services at low or no cost to clients. We are able to do this through the generous support of the Meyer Memorial Trust, the Fannie Mae Foundation, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Lewis and Clark Law School, Legal Aid Services of Oregon, The Lawyer’s Campaign for Equal Justice and a number of community development lenders, including U.S. Bank, Washington Mutual Bank, Key Bank, Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank. CDLC also receives pro bono legal assistance from many Oregon lawyers.
