Ann Glynn
Ann Glynn is the Director of the CDLC. She has over 28 years of experience working with underserved communities. She has been staff/legal counsel for not for profit organizations focused on people with disabilities, arts and culture and low income commercial and residential development.
Ann spent 15 years in Philadelphia working for nonprofits expanding their business opportunities, helping unions on safety and health issues, and preparing for funding and regulatory requirements. Ann managed special projects for INTERAC, a multi-service agency serving over 5000 people with disabilities in aging, developmental disabilities, mental health, HIV/AIDS and services to the Deaf. Ann developed several INTERAC housing programs and established the first state loan homeowner project in Pennsylvania for adults with disabilities. Ann relocated from Spokane, Washington, where she spent the last 13 years working for nonprofits and government health-care funders creating and expanding business ventures, and establishing corporate compliance processes for nonprofit service providers. Ann co-authored the judicial desk reference book ‘Access to the Courts for People with Disabilities’ with the WA Bar Association and the courts Access to Justice Impediments Committee. As a glass artist, Ann created Torn Retina Productions, a nonprofit arts organization of artists donating their work for charity.
Ann is a graduate of Seton Hall University and Gonzaga School of Law. She is conversational in sign language systems.
