The Community Development Law Center assists in Affordable Housing Project
RVCDC in Medford/Ashland combined USDA RD Mutual Self-Help with CDBG, and Youthbuild all to create affordable homes in one of Oregon's most expensive markets---all with Land Leasing from RVCDC for permanent affordability. RCAC ran a nice story that RVCDC's ED wrote. Now, RVCDC is using the same strategy in the 3rd subdivision (for a total of 30 homes completed or in planning).
